RANT.

Ready for this rant?

 

It seems like things just keep getting crazier and crazier around here.

 

On Wednesday I posted this as my FB status:

 

"dear satan: step away from my life. from my husband's life. from my children's lives. from my marriage. from my family's life. you have NO place here. Jesus is, has been and always will be the winner. So back the HECK OFF."

 

But He didnt listen, he just keeps throwing bombs. I hate it. I hate that there has to be so much crap that we have to walk through. I hate that life isnt easy and painless.

 

In my job we teach teens and families about healthy relationships, about staying sexually pure and righteous. We teach how damaging sex can be outside of marriage and how damaging pornography and other sexual images can be to ANYONES brain.

 

I hate that there are things like pornography and garbage that pollutes our minds.

 

As a matter of fact...I HATE that our society tells us that its ok for men and women to look at other naked men and women....people who they are NOT married to. That its OK for women to send naked pictures of themselves to men (or other women) that its OK for our teens to have sex with whoever they choose.....I HATE that our world tells us that its ok for a women to dress like a prostitute to go to the store.

 

Here some advice:

If you wouldnt want your kids to wear it, dont wear it

If you wouldnt want God to read it, dont read it

If you wouldnt want your God/wife/parents/husband/kids to see what you are watching DONT WATCH it.

DONT naked or sexual pictures of yourself with your phone. DONT send them to others.

Cover up your kibbles and bits...

 

When you dress like a hooker, you are causing ALL men AND boys to have two choices....they either look at you, or look away. When men see skin, they are tempted to think about sex. And when they think about sex, they have  a hard time stopping that thought.

 

I am SO sick of this world.

 

I used to be a girl who thought it was hot to walk around with my boobs hanging out of my shirt...or a skirt so short you could see my hoo ha. But I am changed. And now it makes me SO SAD and sick to see girls and women dress like that. Have some respect ladies.

 

You are worthy and beautiful without having to disrespect yourself.

 

And men, have some balls. Dont fall into temptation. Dont watch porn. Dont check out other women. Keep your minds focused on GOOD things. Love your wife, with ALL of your heart and soul and BODY.
